The Purity collection is a celebration of our chocolates in their purest form. If you’re a real chocolate aficionado then this is the collection for you. We temper and set the various couverture into incredibly thin disks, then season each disk with a good pinch of Scottish sea salt to enhance the nuances within the chocolate itself. The chocolates all have an incredible story that can only be fully understood through tasting each one.
The specific chocolates within each box could change seasonally or on availability, but each box will always come with a full description of each chocolate and the origin country.
